IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COVID 19

Protecting the health and safety of both you, our esteemed guests, and our employees is our first priority, as always.

The procedures regarding the measures to be taken within the scope of the circular regarding the 'Controlled Normalization Process in Accommodation Facilities No. 2020/6' published by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism are implemented at the highest level in all guest rooms and common areas.

Our hotel is a 77-bed facility with 25 rooms on a 4000 m2 plot. It ranks first in Selimiye Bay in terms of social area per capita.

There is no indoor corridor and central air conditioning system in our hotel. All transportation within the hotel is made by passing through open areas. The air conditioners of the rooms are disinfected after each guest.

OUR ROOMS

'Three-stage safe cleaning system' is applied in the cleaning of our guest rooms.

First stage; Standard cleaning is done with certified chemicals.

Second stage; All surfaces touched by diluted bleach are wiped again.

Third stage; the whole room is disinfected with ozone gas. In this way, viruses and bacteria, including Covid 19, are destroyed 99.9% regardless of the surface they cling to. Since ozone is in gas form, it also disinfects all surfaces that cannot be reached or wiped during cleaning and provides a complete and error-free protection opportunity.

Central air conditioning system is not used in our hotel. Each room's own air conditioner is cleaned during the disinfection process with ozone gas.

Sheets and towels are washed with suitable detergents at 60-90 degrees, dried at 90 degrees and ironed with drum irons set at 110 degrees.

GENERAL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

All open and closed areas have been disinfected with the ULV system. In addition, daily routine cleaning is carried out meticulously with appropriate chemicals. Cleaning and maintenance of all equipment used in the common areas are carried out by certified products and by the hotel staff who have been trained by authorized services and/or authorized services.

The frequency of routine cleaning operations for common areas has been increased. There are hand sanitizer and mask stations available to our guests.

HOTEL KITCHEN

The surfaces and equipment in our kitchen are constantly cleaned. Our staff uses protective equipment during their work and pays utmost attention to hand hygiene. Cabinets and areas where food is stored are cleaned regularly and the kitchen is disinfected with ozone gas every day after the end of the working day.

EATING AND DRINKING

The indoor and outdoor areas of our restaurant are disinfected frequently and with appropriate chemicals. Tables are cleaned with bleach-added surface cleaners after each guest's use. Cleaning cloths are used only once.

There is a mask and disinfectant station in the restaurant area. Most service equipment is disposable. Equipment that cannot be disposable is also disinfected at frequent intervals.

POOL and SUNBATHING AREAS

Our pool is chlorinated at the highest level every day. The sun loungers in this area are cleaned with bleach-added cleaning liquids. Our sunbed towels, like other hotel textiles, are washed at high temperatures, dried and ironed. Disposable sunbed covers are also provided for our guests.

PERSONNEL HYGIENE AND TRAININGS

Considering the health of both our employees and our guests, we attach importance to hand cleaning and check it regularly. The cleaning and changing of the clothes of all our employees are meticulously followed. Health checks are carried out regularly and periodical Covid 19 trainings are given by authorized occupational safety companies.
